HELLO SUMMER ☀️

We made it and what an amazing year it’s been! We’ve learned a lot made a lot of memories that I will always cherish. May God bless and keep you safe this summer. I’ll miss you! 

LAST WEEK OF SCHOOL!! ☀️

7th grade- if you are not exempt from finals, study quizzes 37, 38, 39, and 40 for your final grade to be given Tuesday, 5/19

You will need a euphemism (traditional Appalachian saying), with a title, date and time of your festival, any events or entertainment, food, admission and anything else to make it stand out. This is like an advertisement! Be creative! 

9th grade- Final is Monday, study quizzes 37, 38, 39 & 40 if you are not exempt. If you are doing the bonus assignment, it is due Monday. You may choose 2 of the options for up to 15 points each. 

US History- final exam Monday, 5/18 TEST 10

American Government/Civics- write both bills in proper bill form and turn in or email to me by Monday. Mock congress Tuesday. This is a test grade! Dress business-casual. Some examples to help you prepare: Check out this video, "mock congress"

week of 5/11 - 5/15

It’s been a busy month so far, but we’re almost there! This week is achievement testing. Please get a lot of rest, eat breakfast, and do your very best! 

Also, a very heartfelt thank you to everyone who made our teachers feel special this week. You are loved and appreciated beyond measure. Truly, my greatest gift is getting to be a part of your lives! 💛
